Arstechnica.com: New Blu-ray 2.0 spec makes PS3 the most future-proof player

MWAHAHAHAH! My conqueror-of-all-things instinct will be proven right as the PS3 turns out to be a sound investment a little over one year after its release. As the owner (?) of a PS3 this is very good news as it may retain its value not only as an excellent video game console but also as a top of the line Blu-Ray player.
